Deutsche Bank

Deutsche Bank offers a range of unique career paths, inclusive of everyone no matter their background. As our client, they wanted us to strengthen their employer brand, inspire a range of audiences to apply, and develop a visual and tonal distinction between their early careers and experienced hires content.

Style guide development

Over the years Deutsche Bank’s employer brand guidelines had become slightly disjointed, so they appointed us to create a new social guide that ensures visual cohesiveness and brand impact.

I led this challenging project, delivering a guide that provides a refreshing, yet true-to-brand visual identity that Deutsche Bank use today.

True-to-brand social concepts

Deutsche Bank, being an iconic brand that is known to most people, is a very appealing workplace to be associated with. Deep diving into what draws people in, we discovered brand identity is strong factor influencing people’s desires to work at a company. My social concepts aimed to showcase the strength of the brand, the personalities of the people who work there, and the lesser-known, great initiatives that Deutsche Bank does.

Illustrations that tell a story

Working on developing Deutsche Bank’s bank of illustrations for social assets was a challenging yet fun task. We aimed to suit the company’s classic look and feel, yet push the brand further to ensure we engage, capture and convert.

These were designed to work as LinkedIn Ambassador profile banners, but have the versatility to be used across channels.
