At BDO, auditing is more than number crunching. It's a collaborative, ever-changing role where colleagues solve challenges and find the right answers. Our job was to concept and design engaging campaigns for BDO that change the perception of accounting among younger audiences, that draw them in to consider BDO as a great career path.

On-site content shoots

I had the pleasure of directing multiple content collection shoot days for BDO, where we set up cameras to film fellow colleagues as they told their story of their accounting journey, their challenges and achievements along the way.

The aim was to capture authenticity, personality, clear and impactful story-telling, and create an environment where the interviewee is comfortable to share their thoughts with ease.

These stories have been used across BDO’s socials, and continue to be used as effective assets in contributing to BDO’s brand.

A career beyond the ordinary

BDO prides itself in being an accountancy firm that stands out as separate and unique to the Big Four, honouring people with a wide range of skills. We developed their tagline ‘Beyond the Ordinary’ to really show this off. We built a whole sub-brand based off this concept, staying true to their visual identity yet pushing it to a level that feels exciting and different, and appeals to a younger audience. We achieved this through developing a new, bold background texture, photography and visual style, that has proved so successful that BDO now uses it solely to identify their Early Careers content.

International Women’s Day 2025

This year for IWD, BDO wanted to highlight that with the support to grow, you can do anything. They wanted to show off the personal and professional triumphs of their female colleagues, encouraging viewers to explore opportunities to join them today.

The video aimed to capture each woman’s stories and achievements, inspiring and encouraging women to feel empowered in a generally male-saturated industry. Made to be distributed across socials with different formats for Instagram and LinkedIn.
